Aegon UK plc Group of Companies is interested in a total of
3,183,296 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.4 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital.

JP Morgan Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust plc no longer has a
significant shareholding in the Company.

Bad Girls and buys

TV production company Shed failed to make any headway yesterday despite news that ITV had recommissioned Bad Girls for an eighth time and Footballers' Wives Extra Time for a second series.

However, that could change today. Just before the close of business last night about 4% of the company changed hands. According to traders this has cleared a large stock overhang that has held back the Shed share price.

Commenting on yesterday's news on recommissioning, Bridgewell Securities, Shed's broker, said it gives the company "almost full visibility on its 2006 numbers".

Shed, which was floated on Aim at 88p in March, was unchanged yesterday at 109p. Its shares have been in retreat since hitting 123p in June.
