Shawbrook Group plc ('Shawbrook' or 'the Group'), the specialist lending and savings bank, announces the appointment of Dylan Minto as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director of Shawbrook Group plc with effect from 6 February.

Dylan's appointment follows an extensive market search for the best candidate following the departure of Tom Wood in June.

Dylan joined Shawbrook in September 2013 and has become an integral part of the senior management team. He played a significant role in the IPO preparations and the development of the 2020 strategy evolution. Dylan has successfully taken on the interim CFO role since Tom Wood's departure and continues to be a key contributor to the wider business.

Prior to Shawbrook, he was at KPMG for eleven years where he qualified as a chartered accountant, had a high profile M&A client facing role and worked on a number of major UK and European bank resolution projects.

Shawbrook's CEO, Steve Pateman, says: "I am delighted to confirm Dylan as Shawbrook's CFO. Dylan has been instrumental in the success and achievements of Shawbrook since joining in 2013.
