I do not know how they are doing, would like to know ,would you.I have had a look at there web site and i must say i do not know any of the artists they have got, must be getting old.The only one i can say i know is some old Elvis thing they have got.I cannot see how this is going to make us a fortune unless they have got some super group/singer in the wings. At least we know that Bryan should know what he is doing as he did make his 60 million out of the music business. We will have to watch this space and hope we get a listing of some sort.

As i read the accounts they would have liquidated but it would have cost to much money to do,so we are left in limbo .

Yo Wayneb - spot on - these (as the directors say) COULD be worth something if they can reverse into a money/slot machine.
Sadly you will not be able to write these of against tax for a long while yet !!!!

But we all know its busted flush - why not just come clean ???

So as i see it you will not be able to write these off against capital gains tax as they could still have some value, yes or no ??? anybody !!!!!!!!!

After reading the accounts, the directors are going to finance the day to day running and hope to find a company to reverse into to give the stakeholders some value, and maybe ,a big maybe they hope to relist back on the AIM.PIGS MIGHT FLY.

OK - I have a bunch of these in an old etrade account (which I no longer use but am still paying a monthly fee for). Is it possible for me to close it by transferring them to another broker or write them off or someting?

Exactly, that is why I am interested in what has happened to the assets and so the accounts should be interesting!!.

The above document ( rather lenghy ) outlines the position of the Company at 2001 and seems to be about the last statement I can find. Although the company was making a loss at the time the value of Assets was quite considerable and a lot of this was property / Land, and we all know what has happened to that over the past couple of years - I think as shareholders its about time we got some answers from Mr Morrison. Dont You ???

Came across this the other day - thought it might amuse one or two of you.

Dont look like he made any money in 2004.

Bryan Morrison (Sunday Times Rich List)

No. 666 (2004) = £60m Music and polo

Morrison, 61, the Hackney-born son of an accountant, made his fortune through publishing music by Pink Floyd, Wham! and the Bee Gees. He has built the Royal County of Berkshire polo club into the best in Britain. His polo interests and music royalties put him at £60m and he is a director of more than 30 companies.
No. 558 (2003)= £60m

I think we've been shafted.

If the company has not liquidated or been struck off, then if they do not file a return if I remember correctly they can be fined, so filing of return has been done, but odd not to release it yet, I guess there must be some discrepancies being raised.

To be honest I'm not expecting anything, but would like to see what has happened, ensure that directors have acted properly etc... I just wish I could use tax loss this year!!!!

Normally a return is sent in every year giving an update of all directors and shareholders - do you mean a Return or company accounts. It will be interesting to see the accounts to check on what has happened to the assets.
