I did get hold of the receptionist last week,very cagey her tone of voice was suggesting that all is lost,she did say we will have to wait for a statement for any news,when that will be ???.All i can say is i think the directors and staff are sucking the last bit of money out of this company in wages so the pot is truely empty.

No listing,no money,no product,no staff,no business plan,no news,no administrator,lots of shafed and puzzled shareholders,but no action groups.

If you check with your broker you will find that you still have the shares - you can arrange private sales/buys (why would you want to do this?). All that has happened is that SAW have had the trading facility of the AIM taken away.
Let Bryan and his team do what they need to do - they may get SAW to come back to life they may not - good luck to them.

Ah lets post ourselves to death. Look - the trading facility of the AIM has been removed, I have my letter from my dealer to prove it. SAW is not dead yet, if it CAN refinance - will the shares come back to life? Maybe not. But you can not get the dosh off set against CGT until the company is dead and buried, which just has not happened with SAW - they have just stopped trading SAW shares as per the rules of the AIM as SAW provided NO business Plan or finance details for the next 12 months. Reality is that we have lost our dosh - with not a cats chance in hell of getting any recourse via CGT for ages until Bryan and CO bury the dog.
Agreed we buy and sell shares at own risk - but we do read the business plan set out prior to purchase - that the value of the punt - unlucky in this case - and it is unlucky as Bryan will loose a little bit more than all of us put together I suspect.
