QS you always get some profit takers after a good rise. I am sure the trend is up

It is clear that the price of gold is a very strong influence here but there are other potential drivers, namely:

- debt repayment
- Q2 results (I suspect that these will be pretty good as they seek to optimise revenue flows for debt repayments)
- resource/reserve statement
- life of mine increase (as a result of reserve upgrade)
- dividend policy
- Singida finance

Clear the debt and start returning capital and this will be multiples of the current price in a strong gold bull market. With the grades being encountered at BC there is the potential to be more flexible with the mix to either include lower grade material or go for production growth as it is required.

why juju would there be any big sell off after that RNS and JORC expected July? VAT news possibly, ongoing unwinding of hedge and decent production (hopefully) and de-leveraging of balance sheet, with ACA settlement with TNZ possible in next few months>? DYOR

Ah juju 's here, likely to be a negative post, but you can't keep a good man down as they say!

A good move today but if this breakout is confirmed then it will only be the start. The grades released today are exceptional and look to be defining a zone of very high grade mineralisation that will be targeted. No better way to improve production levels than to improve grade.
