Hammerson confirms letting at 60 Threadneedle Street

Hammerson has confirmed it has achieved its first letting at 60 Threadneedle Street in the City of London to Talbot Underwriting as revealed by Property Week.

Talbot, a Lloyd's underwriter, has signed a lease for 42,150 sq ft on the 7th and 8th floors of the building, paying £44/sq ft on a 15 year lease which includes a 42 month rent-free period.

Clearly broke the downtrend resistance yesterday - draw a line down from the major highs since last April.

I've been waiting a year to see this.

380p in a blink very likely now these have broken out - they tend to rise pretty relentless and rapid in rallies too.
