|boxwellian: I predict a drop in share price to 15-20p range!|
|boxwellian: "The shareholders of the Company at the recent annual general meeting approved
the option to allow Seven Arts Pictures Inc. to acquire these shares of
Armadillo Investments from Seven Arts Pictures PLC subject to consultation with
the Company's Nominated Advisor. The entire net proceeds of the sale of the
1,025,000 ordinary shares will be paid to Seven Arts Pictures PLC as a deposit
on the sums that will be owed by Seven Arts Pictures Inc. to the Company,
should the option be exercised."
Its only an an OPTION to buy shares in Armadillo--which then have an option to convert into 3.2 million shaers at 50p or 6.4m shares at 25p depending on share price at date of comversion.
I predict a drop in share price to 15-20p range,as number of shares in issue increases towards 37.184 million|
|boxwellian: lowest conversion price for the £3m convertible preference is 25p,which would add 6m ord shares (of 50p each)and leave 1.5m of preference unconverted...or perhaps 12m ord shares(of 50p each) could be created and converted at 25p each.
Either way seeing a share price of 25p must be a target figure for management,so as to trigger conversion of the preference and Make the Hoffman share of the Co less daunting. To see Hoffman's income coming mainly from dividends rather than from a rather large salary would align his interests more closely with those of smaller shareholders..which would get the share price moving upwards towards the ten bagger target of £1...and make him a richer man|
|clarence beeks: Maestro - CFL's share price has plummeted since this announcement, much more than SVA's, so I would think the markets are factoring in a win for Seven Arts.|
