Trading Update, Change of Director and Notice of Results
Servoca (AIM: SVCA), the specialist recruitment solutions and outsourcing provider, will announce its preliminary results to 30 September 2017 on 12 December 2017.
The Board is pleased to announce that it expects to report that its results for that period will be comfortably in line with market expectations.
The Company also announces the retirement of Glenn Swaby who has acted as Chief Financial Officer since March 2008. Glenn will be succeeded by Chris Hinton who has extensive public company and recruitment sector experience. Chris joins the Board with immediate effect and will work with Glenn to effect a smooth handover.
John Foley, Chairman of Servoca, commented:
"On behalf of myself and the Board I would like to thank Glenn for his valuable contribution to the Group. After 10 years of service, Glenn leaves the business well placed for the future and we wish him well in his retirement. I would also like to welcome Chris, who worked with Andy Church and myself previously at Lorien Plc. His, experience will be an asset as we continue the development of the Group."
