$1m worth of contract wins today; co-incidently hot of the heels of director purchases by the CEO and Chairman only 3 days' earlier. Lucky guys

I see Marne and the chairman have both splashed out a grand each on shares. It is MMs first ever purchase !

ServicePower Technologies Plc (AIM: SVR), a market leader in workforce management software, announces that on 06 May 2016, Hugh Fitzwilliam-Lay, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, and Marne Martin, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, each purchased 62,041 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.5 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

davidosh - are you a holder? I would love to hear feedback from the AGM if someone with your clear questioning and experience is going to be in attendance.

Feel free to message me if you need the CEO's email (though it's relatively easy to guess).

Chimers - shame your other post was moderated but visible if you click the full thread, what you wrote is so accurate... "$250k us dollars per year loose contract that is dependent on performance for payment and targets to be hit.
Thats what about £170k uk pounds lol like I said is it for a local greengrocers or summat?
Hardly world beating stuff is it."

This is positive but again no name?? However with words used "expected total value of $750,000, subject to the achievement of certain milestones"

"Expected" and "subject to" brings it back to a reality check. Given the resignation of the FD is this "good news" to cover up the bad?

If the financial news is so good with an optimistic outlook, why did the FD thrown in the towel last week?
