Sequoia Economic Infrastructure Income Fund Limited (the "Company")
Notification of Interest
The Company has been notified that on 7 December 2016, Robert Jennings, a Director of the Company, acquired 3,998 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 108.0p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Jennings' total beneficial shareholding, which includes family holdings, in the company amounts to 181,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
