It shows you what a large and cash generating business it can be. Once the bad patch has passed, it could easily return to where it stood last year.Revenues are likely still increasing, and the business is still growing.

Utter rubbish......there is no pressure on bank covenants atm... if there was do you think the Company would announce a share buyback at the AGM?

What a plonker.750.000 trade at 16.07p from 08:04amErm why sell all those early doors when you could get 18p later in the day.Maybe someone was lucky to buy, but another has lost out, considering we heard today the business is in much better shape than previously thought.16p is gone, the next 6 will be 26..

Apfindley, don't be so sensitive, it was just a question as I would have liked to see how he was.. I have met him a few times and have great respect for the guy!! Over the years he has built the company - I know things are rocky at the moment, but I have real faith in this being turned around and recovered. Of course I took advantage of increasing my holding as anyone would who still believes in this company. GL and relax!

Watling wasn't there, and wasn't expected, and didn't need to be.You know that already.Read the rns 14 Sept.He has taken leave to recover from his injuries. The finance officer has assumed both roles for now.His absence makes NO difference. And before you say something ridiculous like we can save money and do without, go learn about listing rules and regulation etc.

TjNO he didn't resign.!!!!Sepura PLC (LSE: SEPU, "the Group"), a leading global provider of critical communications solutions, has been notified by Gordon Watling, its Chief Executive Officer, that he has received medical advice to take an immediate and extended period of absence, in order to recover fully from injuries sustained in an accident earlier in the year.Richard Smith, Chief Financial Officer, has been appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect in addition to his existing responsibilities.

tsmith..agree that this has the hallmarks of a take over..but at a much higher level than today! Would any of the recent investees settle for any thing less than what they put in as part of July's fund raising?? no way...!

Tjbird. You seem to be full of fibs. You posted an article from the end of July this morning, but conveniently forgot to mention that !L2 still looking very good.

Exactly tsmith..Extended leave. Probsbly reality is very stressed and done a poor job in steering through a bad period. Takeover looming.Predator wants a fresh board, old baggage out.....clears the way to appoint their own board member, which is absolute norm anyway. The history of the next board appointment will give an indication of the future path.
