I have scaled in here last Friday and today.....should recover to 30p mark within weeks and good probability of hostile takeover IMO.

I think you could argue the point about "still posting good profits", but I've bought some at 17.4p on the basis of recovery potential and the possibility of corporate action.

Bought more.Highly undervalued.This is a huge company with 75mill sales orders queued up is a takeover target and was valued at 10 times today's price a few months ago.The market has oversold the profit warning. They said they wouldn't meet their targets, but are still posting good profits.Will remain fully funded and cash in bank, and will be able to meet their liabilities until at least next March. If the trading improves then all will be fine, if not then they will have to renegotiate covenants.Worth investing for the next few months for recovery or takeover.Remember. This is an LSE listed company which was expected could reach the ft100, it's not an AIM pile.

Sepura shares spiked 18% on Thursday before it rushed out a statement to say that it had received a “very preliminary approach” from a mystery suitor. Private equity predators, as well as rival Motorola, are said to be stalking Sepura after delayed customer payments ate into its profits.

Liberum’s Ben Bourne said in a note on Monday: “Following a preliminary approach announced in July, Sepura’s current situation will draw other potential acquirers.

“A large installed base of TETRA radios and a foothold in the nascent US market are attractions.”

Sepura, which makes walkie-talkies for industrial uses, blamed the problems on a fall in orders in the last few months as customers held off from replacing or upgrading equipment due to budget pressures.
