Otherwise the share price would be at 25p+

Well someone is buying hendersons shares.And buying plenty by the look of it.It's keeping the shareprice down, but deep pockets acquiring large amounts cheaply.

Offer will be either at current mcap or a slight premium like 25p per share. Sorry but if there were to be an offer share price should be rising with rumours flying about.

So investors far from spooked

I'm not sure what that website is, but I know a lot about Jersey companies and the way you form one is to lodge forms with the Companies Registry. You can also register the name first. Having said that, it doesn't mean a great deal as a company can be formed within a couple of hours using the fast track process, but the website link I sent is the only authoritative source of info about whether a Jersey company has been created or not.
