SEGRO plc Saving Related Share Option Scheme (Sharesave)

The following PDMR exercised options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each (Shares) in the Company on 4 August 2017, pursuant to the maturity of the Company's 2014 Sharesave. The Shares allotted on the exercise of the options were retained by the individual.
