26/5/2009 14:21 | Anyone got any comments on this? What should traders do? buy? sell? Help Iam stuck! | mr_smith2
22/5/2009 19:45 | Well even if you say it's a (bullish) ascending triangle, not all ascending triangles break to the upside anyway, plus a takeover of Brixton in shares ought to mean arbers would sell SGRO and buy BXTN in the ratio of at least three to one (assuming a modest premium). | hamsterape
22/5/2009 14:31 | sportbilly but the line you draw is incorrect....its a rising wedge! It's a bearish pattern! Look at the the 'Closed line chart' at the very top of this page, the chart on the right hand side (the mini chart)! | mr_smith2
22/5/2009 12:31 | also on the verge of a nice breakoout too....which would help BXTN with it being a mostly share offer put forwards... | sportbilly1976
22/5/2009 11:39 | Looks like potentially a good deal for both Segro and BXTN shareholders. Segro get a good business on the cheap (NAV accretive) with massive synergies (direct competitor) and BXTN shareholders get Segro shares (and/or cash) at a significant premium to the current value of their BXTN shares and they then own shares in a larger derisked company. At the moment BXTN shares may represent a good way into Segro if you think the deal will go ahead. Given the synergies and other benefits of combining these two business I think there is a high likelihood of the deal progressing. The previous BXTN CEO was rumoured to be perhaps the biggest impediment to a deal and he has been replaced. | scburbs

27/4/2009 18:42 | (Post 195) £96.6 million profit sounds quite healthy to me in these troubled times. Can anyone who knows SEGRO's history put this in context? Thanks das | das9
