got a bit of luck from Barc Stockbrokers today, tried a limit buy order of 23.25 when buy price was 23.0, stayed pending for ages, but could not adjust or amend the order, it just seem to hang there...eventually phoned barclays to get it removed and bought at 25p.... got a call from Barclays at 4pm, system glitch we will honour your buy price of 23.25 and credit your account with the diff between 25p and 23.25p, lovely...only £150 but still better than nothing..

HSBC accepting 10% ltv on its mortgages should spark off a mortgage contest which should start the housing sector off and then other property interest hopefully.
