Good afternoon Andy
You make fair points. Perhaps I was overgenerous in my estimation of the possible realisation value.
You have to feel for shareholders being rushed into unknown territory this Friday.
They have a gun to their head and apparently no choice other than to accept Team Clem's takeover or vote for wind up.
I think you and I are of the same opinion that Team Clem will fail and the cash disappear over a period of time.
What about the 'Unthinkable' option; a vote for wind up?
Is there sufficient value left to give Shareholders a significant return of their capital?
Very hard to say, but if you were of the opinion that Team Clem will overpay themselves and the 'consultants' and ultimately crash SER; I think I would vote to wind up.
In the context of him being involves in the takeover group at the time of that statement, was that market abuse?
What's happened to the "takeover"?
Good afternoon ukighted.
Weren't there some guys trying to takeover AFN? What happened to that?
Could get myself in all sorts of trouble now for daring to ask that sort of question, lol
