|It doesn't have to relist to become profitable. Distribution is pointless, the cash split between holders would be pennies. Only way forward for investors to get anything back is to turn the company into a profitable entity. I think BMD can achieve this and I will gamble my cash on buying anyone's shares off them.|
|Yeah, like im going to get involved with discussing offers on here. If anyone seriously wishes to dispose of what they have left, email me with evidence of your holding to CAB1961@financier.com and I will consider the purchase|
|"Clueless the lot of you basing your opinions on ignorance"
Come on then, seftonsaved, you have been put on the spot; answer the question.|
|So how much is that in hard cash per share?|
|I'd want them at a premium to their present worthlessness lol. Most people have no faith they will ever be worth anything and have moved on.|
|how much you offering!|
|I'll buy anyone's shares that wants to sell them if they have no confidence in Mr. Levi's ability to restore any value here.|
|Some people never change; once a pumper & dumper ,always a pumper & dumper.
Am I selling hell no! Now who said that?
Tell us About the 4 billion barrels again; I could do with a laugh.
Publish the accounts Mr Hyde.|
|Lol, now it's guess the avatar? Some things and some people never change. Like a load of kids and you claim to be investors lol?|
|Try asking the question, as I did, which is why I have a perfect understanding and can comment accordingly. There is in excess of £100k in the company coffers.|
|Seftonsaved, a member since 17/02/2017. I wonder who he could be!|
|So, £15,000 is the investment and that represents a small premium to Seftons 'predicted' net cash!
How much is left in Seftons? clearly less than £15,000.
How many ways can one read the line.
For absolute clarity, why not publish the accounts? What's to hide Mr Hyde?|
You make no sense
I read the comment that the company has £15k of net cash...as that is what is said!
The way you want to read it, the company has no cash and its only asset is £15k that has just been "invested"
You incorrect way of understanding it is even worse!|
|Cyan, you obviously have no idea or understanding of the comment "they have invested at a small premium to the projected value of the company's net cash £15,000. The £15,000 IS THE INVESTMENT, not the companies present cash value. So suggesting a cash burn of 10k a month is misleading and incorrect.|
|It will be interesting to see just who will be running the company moving forward. Like him or loathe him, the share price was at its highest when Dan Levi was in control.|
|When people ask if a statement is legit then I wonder if these people should be investing. If you invest in a company you should research said company. A look at the company's website is usually a good place to start researching and getting information!|
