If you put the offer statement through google translate bablefish thingy would it go like this do you think Russman:

Your company is about to run out of money and shortly become insolvent. Your directors have been considering the best course of action.

We have decided to pretend that we have identified a load of property in Greece and the likes which would make a good investment so that we can increase our chances of raising a bucket full of lolly.

We will pitch the fund raising at a level making really a stunning offer which you wont but help yourself to partake in because its at such a massive discount to nav and the market price.

We will put the cash to good use, and by the way we may just keep some of it for working capital requirements (just in case), although of course we don't really need it just in case you understand.


etc or am I being unfair do you think and I have miss read the situation?

Price down again, someone dumped a further 250,000 shares well below the open offer again today.

This company is pure comedy.

Will be interesting to see what transpires on these dates:

Latest time and date for receipt of completed Application
Forms and payment in full under the Open Offer or settlement of relevant CREST instruction (as appropriate) 11 a.m on 4 March 2015


Expected time and date of announcement of results of the Open Offer 7 a.m. on 5 March 2015

An open shafting for you Russman.The terms are very generous, they allow you a variation of shaftings up to 50% of everything.However if an open shafting is not your thing, you could pay the price as they find someone else to shaft instead.

Gross asset value = $112m. I would be surprised if the net asset per share has increased after issuing all these shares. No point being listed if you cannot use the shares for dealing.
