SEC announces that Mark Henry Glover (aged 51) has joined the Board as a director, with immediate effect. Mark is the current Chief Executive of SEC's 60% owned subsidiary, Newington Communications LTD ("Newington"). Mark founded Newington in 2006, and has overseen its growth into the dynamic and award winning consultancy that it is today. He splits his time between Newington's London and Edinburgh offices - offering strategic counsel to board directors across a range of sectors at a local, devolved and national government level.
