Admission to Trading

Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited, a company formed to undertake an acquisition of a target company or business in the social media sector, is pleased to announce:

-- the placing of 7,500,000 new ordinary shares at 10p per share to raise GBP750,000, conditional only upon Admission; and

-- that its enlarged issued ordinary share capital consisting of 30,000,000 ordinary shares of GBP0.0001 each will be admitted to the standard segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (together, the "Admission").

It is expected that the Admission will become effective and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 17 November 2015 under the TIDM code "SCGL" (ISIN: KYG7948E1026).

Except for the holdings of the Directors, the shareholders in the Company as at Admission holding 3% or more are:
