I entirely appreciate Minerve's emminently sensible point of view (ie. why hang around forever?). That said, the below perhaps for Auld Lang Syne at least - announcement of a further new order and I mention in passing that the delayed German orders referred to in the last set of Accounts were duly confirmed.



Whether the above link works or not I have no idea, but if I could find it then anybody can.

I see Bryan Smart is now involved with a successful automotive engineering Co. called AB Dynamics (ABDP)
Growing strongly with nice balance sheet, lots of cash, dividend and prime mover has lots of skin in the game.
Worth a look IMO.

I note the 2014 Accounts are now posted on the website. 2014 results pretty dire, turnover down twenty-odd percent and the losses sending the capital into negative territory. The positive wins in 2015 have reversed the trend and positive outcome for 2015 looked for. Who knows...

For me the PWC audit opinion is a good summary of the present position, viz from page 6 of the Report

'Ohne den Bestätigungsvermerk, weisen wir auf die Anmerkungen worin die geschäftsfü;hrenden Direktoren im Konzernanhang (4.3. Negatives Eigenkapital) sowie in Konzernlagebericht (2.5 Vermögenslage) das negative Eigenkapital kommentieren und auf die positiven Planungsrechnung hinweisen.'

which roughly translates as:
'Without qualifying our opinion, we draw attention to the comments which the Executive Directors make in the notes (4.3. Negative equity) and in the group management report (2.5 asset position)on the negative equity and the positive budgeting point.'

Just speaking to Barclays, re: International Traders Account. They are telling me they do not trade on the third tier in Austria & therefore would not deal in SCO.
PS: Minerve...need not comment...I have you on filter!!
