The following amendment has been made to the 'Issue of Equity' announcement released on 26 September 2017 at 15:39 under RNS No 8794R.
The announcement showed the incorrect price for the Issuance. The price should have been 354.75p and not 347.80p.

Owing to demand in the market, the Company announces the allotment of 250,000 new Ordinary Shares of 25p each fully paid on 26 September 2017. Following the allotment there are 135,075,943 Ordinary Shares in issue. These shares were issued for cash on 26 September 2017 at a price of 354.75p per share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
