The rise this morning caused a pump and dump, so the share has been knocked back by MMs, they don't want to hold the stock naturally so it's been kicked!

Only positive thus far is that co. has not thus far suggested profits will not meet expectations, however I do not trust Finncap one iota, as they seem to possess very poor insight into the cos. they cover. However ken Ford has tended to leave the negative comments to the actual results reports, so I wait with trepidation, it'll be the usual culprit i.e. currency strength in the £, pricing power and blah, blah, blah. They talk of growing through selective acquisition, however are they in a position to do so, I hope though they have something really tangible and positive to say about Pro-Reveal, but the way things are I rather suspect it is better to keep one's expectations firmly in check!

SDI Ltd. is a manufacturer of dental materials, based in Dublin, and that's just one, I have a Dematic that is materials handling co. from Luxembourg, wrong connection here I think!

Wrong co. I think, after all would it not be SDI PLC as opposed to Ltd., and FSU most certainly does not have a 75% interest in SDI PLC!

On 16 July 2010, FSU Investments Limited ("FSU Investments") and the Independent Directors of SDI Group plc ("SDI") announced a recommended cash offer to be made by FSU Investments for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of SDI. The full terms and conditions of the Offer and the procedure for acceptance were set out in the Offer Document dated and posted to SDI Shareholders on 23 July 2010 (the "Offer Document"). The Offer was declared unconditional in all respects on 16 August 2010 and was extended to 1.00 pm on 10 September 2010.

Hi BB2, I had hoped to visit SDI this month, but given they are fast approaching a closed period, results out next month, they seem happy for me to go along early in the New Year.
