("SiS" or the "Company")
The Company today announces that following the issue of 2,238,029 new ordinary shares to its Employee Benefit Trust to satisfy future obligations in respect of awards under its long term incentive plan ("LTIP") and short term incentive plan ("STIP"), as announced on 23 March 2017, the Company has been notified by Regal Trustees Limited, the Company's Employee Benefit Trust, that it now holds 4,390,921 ordinary shares, representing 9.63 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
