Took a punt here by buying 100k @ 3.7p shortly before the de-listing. Was surprised that the recent AGM being held before the Annual Report being published...spoke with the FD and he said it was nothing untoward and that the April 2012 year end results would be published a little before Xmas time. I've been following the recent sector consolidation with the Austrian Novomatic buying the industry leading operator Gamestec and then BFG (Bell Fruit) German group Gauselmann is a rival to Novomatic and Sceptre have been recently collaborating with them:- http://www.investegate.co.uk/sceptre-leisure-plc-(scel)/rns/agreement-with-gauselmann/201112130700248255T/ ...now it seems Gauselmann are about to buy No2 industry operator Sceptre:- http://www.intergameonline.com/coin-op/news/8525/gauselmann-deal-to-buy-sceptre-close

Who are the shareholders being shafted ? http://www.sceptreleisureplc.co.uk/investor-relations/rule-26.aspx It seems most of the company is held by directors and related parties. There cannot be more than 15% held by private investors by my calculation. Are there any shareholders here ?
