Was surprised that the recent AGM being held before the Annual Report being published...spoke with the FD and he said it was nothing untoward and that the April 2012 year end results would be published a little before Xmas time. I've been following the recent sector consolidation with the Austrian Novomatic buying the industry leading operator Gamestec and then BFG (Bell Fruit) German group Gauselmann is a rival to Novomatic and Sceptre have been recently collaborating with them:- ...now it seems Gauselmann are about to buy No2 industry operator Sceptre:- | jeff h | |
