Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, was notified on 20 January 2017 that James Archibald Simpson Wallace, Group Chairman of the Company, sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 320 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 January 2017 and 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 320.13 pence per Ordinary Share on 20 January 2017, as detailed below.

On 15 December 2016, Mr Wallace announced his retirement as Chairman of the Board of Scapa Group plc with effect from 31 March 2017, at which point Mr Larry Pentz will assume Chairmanship.
