You make the point that people should deduce what you mean when you just post the word "FUNDING" in caps. Therein lays the problem. Without other words (nouns, verbs,conjunctives etc) no meaning, opinion or thought is conveyed. The cynical might think that having put just a word with no opinion expressed you can later say it meant whatever with hindsight you meant it to. For example, had an RNS been issued to say funding had been achieved through a licencing agreement you could claim that's what you were alluding to. You may attain a little more credibility by making predictions BEFORE they happen. ATB

It was an INTERIM raise so SURELY MORE is needed to do ALL the trials.
Yes OVER subscribed BUT as has been pointed out by ASTUTE many of these institutions will simply FLIP there shares making a NICE profit.

That is why it went DOWN to 10p due to SELLER and everyone ELSE in CITY knew about the PLACING except for NANA.

That is why ASTUTE BUY at 10p and sell,at 16p and WAIT for next PLACING at 7p and laugh at NANA losing lots of money.

No one can say what "percentage of shareholders have sold out today "... what an absolutely ridiculous statement to make... what an IDIOT and a LIAR.

Just point out Loz, 99.9% of shareholders have not sold today ... and "you" cannot sell if you don't have any ... I don't think your Tiny Pots will make any difference to Scancell... As you only post on Scancell and another one called FROG, one would assume you have no shares at all .

Tosh, exactly how I see it.
Next 6 months there has to be a deal of some sort. But essentially the sad thing is even if there is a deal say around May next year then the combo trial will probably not start until Q4 or so and then your looking at 2020 before the results are coming in.

As can be seen from ALL the content of the RNS, and indeed the Proactive article, the funding ISSUE, is still very much NOT sorted.... its there in black and white.
The preferred route to funding is after the securing of one or more partnerships, which in turn, as per the words from the horses mouth, Scancell are " still on the lookout for ".
Far from being sorted in any way what so ever, it would appear that the ISSUE is still very much alive and kicking.
The clock, once again, is now ticking. Cash in the bank will last about another 12 months, probably less, as once the cash reduces to a certain amount ( not zero, or anywhere near zero ) they will need to raise yet more money to pay the bills, yet again, until a deal is sorted.
The risks are there for everyone to see, and always have been.... Ladies and gentlemen, place your bets.

Its now up to you guys to decide to buy and hold and wait the deal,(most likely outcome) which is exactly what i have been posting ..

This headline from today's article in Proactive Investor, speaks volumes.

Scancell on the lookout for partners after year of “significant progress”

Note the words " on the lookout ".... That scares me, and sort of reinforces my belief that there are not currently any deals on the table.

Tosh agreed. This really is crunch time. Most of my 'hope' if you will is with moditope. That seems truly ground breaking technology. So hopefully some thing comes with that.

But absolutely agree that we've heard it all before.
