I have just spoken to Wallbrook PR who say the results were to be out today but the Company ( SAT) have not done so yet. The 9.30am meeting has been cancelled and they hope to know something in the next hour or two but can't comment further on the delay

On 3rd March they announced that results are/were this morning with an Analysts meeting at 9:30 this morning.On 9th March they announced an investors presentation in London on Wednesday afternoon, the 22nd (I am attending).Maybe the second note superseded the first note but it certainly didn't read that way.

At 8.30 this morning , as I also have been awaiting the results , I sent an e-mail to the Company , and I also managed to speak to someone on the 'phone , who told me that this is a matter for HR , who start work at 9.00 am . I was told that my message would;d be passed on to HR .

Two typos: the notice of results said ".... will announce full year results for the year ended 30 November 2016 on Monday 20 March 2017"

Guys. Results are Wednesday. Same day as investor prezzo. I think the brokers made a typo in their release. Still this should have been spotted ....

There's also an investors presentation on Wednesday afternoon according to their own website. I just wonder if there is a date mix up......?

I agree, very poor. That said, it's given me time to have a good look over TAP results this morning which thankfully I also hold. :-)

Cannot see them here or on Investegate. Maybe at 8am? The analysts who turn-up for the meeting at 9:30 won't want to be disappointed.....

Agreed Melf, the forecast I can see has not shifted since 5th November 2016. (IIRC a few weeks ago the Arden analyst had said they were leaving their numbers alone until after the FY results. But I think that Numis is the co. broker).However..... The price has risen 29% since 29th November...... The familiar question, what is now in the price!IF it was correctly priced on 28th November one could argue that the price is indicating that "the market" is already anticipating 29% more deliverables than forecast.At 7am more light will be shed on these topics! We know that results are likely to exceed expectations from the RNS on 29th November:"Due to the strong performance of the combined existing and acquired businesses, the financial results for the year to 30 November 2016 are expected to be ahead of current market expectations."

The only forecast to 11/17 I can find suggests £38m turnover, profit of £3.22m and eps of 0.6p. At 20p, the PE would be 33, which I think seems reasonable for a high growth cash generative company.
