Chaps,

The £2m has already been announced for 2 small French acquisitions..

Also does anybody have a target price for SAT in the next 6-12 months?

I'm so pleased with this deal with the BGF. Been looking through their website and seems £10m is the max. Seems from comments something is brewing.

This current loan is £2m for a year, two big things i really like
1) there is no equity kicker (it seems, options/warrants etc)
2) the amount of DD the BGF would have gone through on the Co would have been immense , so a clean bill of health and they're fully supportive.

Look at other listed Cos they've lent/invested in, eg Victoria Carpets , note the lending date and see what happened to the share price shortly after.

I'm expecting the 100,000 users to be hit well ahead of schedule.

Hi there two acres,

Speculating about the accumulation of customers over the next 21 months. To get the discussion rolling maybe it could look something like this?

Organic growth:......................13,000
Governments-funded:..................30,000
Acquisitions (non-preferred):........33,000
Existing (Feb 2016):.................26,000
Non-renewal churn:.................. (2,000)
---------------------------------------------------------
Company projection:.................100,000
---------------------------------------------------------

If that makes sense (the England/Wales/France/Poland Governments figure is pure speculation) then the acquisition cost would be £5.5m based on the historic average cost of £165 (IC, 24th March). In the same article they cite £300-£400 which is concerning. £5.5m fits neatly within the BGF sweet-spot you mention; £2m is already committed. I would expect that all to happen during 2016.

All comments welcome! tightfist

I'm interested in this comment from Andrew Walwyn in todays RNS: 'We continue to evaluate a number of significant acquisition opportunities and we expect BGF to remain supportive of our growth strategy.' This sounds very positive to me. As BGF initially invest from £2 - £10 million anyone have a view on how much more funding may be forthcoming and to what timescale?

Admission will trigger the right of Bob Squared Limited, Sightpath Limited and SRG (being advisers to SSW)
to be paid commission which they have agreed to accept by the allotment and issue of, in aggregate,
11,232,778 fully paid new Ordinary Shares. Details of the agreements governing the issue of the above Fee
Shares are set out in paragraphs 12.7 and 12.8 of Part 7 of this document.

WTF!!!

What a RNS !! Super news, BRitisg Growth Fund supportive which is outstanding. I'm seriously impressed.

Bgf Supported with Victoria carpets and the share price went bonkers. Let's hope the same here.

Clues in the RNS for more of the same too.

Love it.

A nice mention but Ben Judge misses two points: Firstly SAT is not invested in satellites, remind any Avanti holders of that. Secondly, IMHO it's not too late to jump on-board SAT!

weatherman,

Agreed, I would't usually take a shred of notice about TW's rantings. However, (because a friend was holding AVN) on that occasion I did take notice and his warning seemed really well founded - at the very least it may be prudent to take a look at the AVN bond issues in Dublin and consider if there is any way through, generating cash (or issuing new Bonds....) to fund the redemptions.

Meanwhile SAT is purring along nicely; I just love the simple business model and addressable market.

Cheers, tightfist

I wouldn't go to TW for investment advice. AVN release 3rd Q results in a month's time - we may then make a judgement on how it is performing in meeting its targets. It will also be interesting then to see how the BDUK take-up is going for the sector. I'm invested in SAT and AVN.
