01/5/2009 09:44 | hmmmm, happenin again, the trades at 15.45 are all buys, or at least that is what i can get them for on etrade....strange though, first buy this mornin at full ask and then further buys at reducing price.....sell to go through?..evo holding it down for some reason | auks
22/4/2009 20:19 | Well, looking increasingly likely that may time will be show time......full year results last year were out at end of march but nothing released yet..looks like results being delayed to coincide with (hopefully) successful resolution of the companies credit facility position; should that be successfully resolved, these have a heaven of a long way up to go..... | auks
19/4/2009 10:06 | I think it's to do with GE finacial services. there has been talk of not doing to well, this I think has had a knock on effect here. don't think it will be a problem but the markets seems to be airing on the side of caution for now. | frankiestheone
31/3/2009 15:39 | Strange one this: and it continues today..the mms for some reason are consistently selling and buying below the mid.....16 to sell; 16.25 to buy....have noticed this all the way up from 13.5 but only ever with this share; why so, anyone? | auks
26/3/2009 14:26 | I may get back in here soon. Romag solar (ROM) also recovering quite well: 5-day chart showing bid/offer spread shaded - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - and intraday chart + 3 month charts -------------------- | asparks
26/3/2009 11:45 | Hope so roy.. This has to be good for stimulas package can't see them refusing financing myself. | jab118
26/3/2009 11:35 | This has been creeping up in price slowly, news on funding due shortly could see 20p here soon. | roytheboy2
11/3/2009 21:54 | The India deal works out at $5 per installed watt. That sounds a bit expensive to me? | cyberbub
05/3/2009 13:28 | 147k sell at 10p. Willing to sell at 10p I have this share on my watchlist but this doesn't particularly send out good signals. Who knows though? | jimmycarter
05/3/2009 12:43 | Their credit facility expires at month end.No point having business if you have no money to advance it.Will fly if they get their banking facility,so that is where the gamble lies | linney3
05/3/2009 12:41 | I really don't know powwow. I think it's everything to do with the credit crunch malaise and very little to do with anything stock-specific. Reasons to be positive include: In the light of the drastic need to cut back on fossil fuel based energy production, the increasing legislation which is going to force companies to adopt green energy, the fact that the new US gov't is backing renewables/smart grids etc with serious stimulus dollars, which could support growth in jobs in companies such as SIT,renewal of tax credit, the upswing in oil price which will inevitably occur as the world economy recovers (one day!) I would be incredibly surprised if a company such as this were not given whatever support it needed from GE's banking division and other loans-when it is in a market that could explode as you quite rightly state. If necessary they could temporarily lay off some workers (having previously increased their production line to a 24/7 operation) As I have said before, having gone to the AGM and spoken to the CEO at length,I believe he is a very solid & capable man at the helm. IMHO you may look back in five years at the current price and kick yourself bigtime at a HUGE opportunity missed. However DYOR and back your conviction! | r0ss
05/3/2009 12:10 | why does this keep falling when they appear to be announcing some good deals. They are also in this green arena which may provide substantial growth over the next 10 years. I don't hold. | powwow
05/3/2009 10:15 | Make that 6p. Tempted now for a small punt. | entini
05/3/2009 09:12 | anyone know why this is down 4p | luckyhorseshoe
05/3/2009 08:03 | Worth a punt? | entini
03/3/2009 19:32 | Googling Sahara India Power, it appears that the deal(should the LOI come to fruition) is worth 125 krore rupees. As krore equates to 10 million, this is effectively 1,250,000,000 rupees. At an exchange rate of approx 50 rupee to the USD it comes out at US$ 25m. This could potentially open up a huge market. To announce such a deal at a time like this augurs well IMO. With Obama's drive for renewables on their doorstep in the USA- it's more reason to suggest that 18p could prove to be seriously good bargain in better economic times ahead | r0ss
03/3/2009 07:51 | some excitement? | auks
23/12/2008 19:54 | no point in deverring in this bare market hoping they will fall lower | jab118
23/12/2008 19:51 | after reading resent threads........... obama is all for greener energy! seeing this stock climbing slowly over the last few weeks, you need to invest in the changing trends and what the new man at the top is rooting for. | jab118
23/12/2008 09:29 | the credits only for another 3 months with no guarantees of extensions or having the other one in place in time could cause big problems. also just because the share price is below the warrants they have lowered it for ge and extended the duration of them, to me it sounds like another placing and money worries are still hanging over the company. | motoben
23/12/2008 08:46 | topfoto....hi.....an | auks
18/12/2008 12:17 | I see today`s news as very positive-it`s worth reading the history of Mirabaud and SIT if you are new to this share.I added today. | topfoto |
