TSE continues to develop its international client base as its new international
agency network is expanded. In July 2007 TSE entered into a third party agency
agreement with a Copenhagen based agent which will provide the Company with a
presence in Denmark. In the current year TSE has secured new public sector
clients in North America, including the cities of Philadelphia and Denver. In
May 2007 TSE advised the bidding committee from the Poland and Ukraine Football
Associations on their successful bid to host the European Football Championships
in 2012. TSE is currently trading in line with budget and the Directors and
Proposed Directors are confident about its prospects for the remainder of the
year.

The Board reviewed a number of development opportunities and the Independent
Director believes that Wilton is an attractive acquisition for the Company. In
particular, the Independent Director believes that:

* TSE operates in a growing market and, with its brand and customer base,
provides a platform for Sandford to establish a leading consultancy to sports
bodies and host cities and regions across the world;

* there are a number of opportunities to develop TSE by both organic growth
through the development of its international network of agents and by
acquisition of complementary consultancy and events management businesses; and

* the proposed acquisition provides an opportunity to rebuild a potentially
valuable business within Sandford for the benefit of its Existing Shareholders
including those who invested in the Company at the time of its Original
Admission.

1p. How ridiculous is that. An international company with offices in several countries, carrying out work for huge sports organisations. These will be huge. I said 5-8p short term, Im now thinking more like 15-20p.

Executive Director, Sandford Plc (to be renamed TSE Group plc), Adam Reynolds said:

"Over the past 12 months TSE Consulting has continued to impress us with their growth and profitability. TSE Consulting creates the perfect platform upon which we can now develop the new TSE Group plc which will focus on offering a one-stop solution in the growing, but also fragmented, sports events market. We are actively looking for new opportunities for TSE Group plc that will fit into the vertical integration of the group and we plan to announce new developments in the coming months."

The international sports consultancy TSE Consulting, which has its head office in Switzerland and offices in USA, South Africa, UK, Denmark and China has announced that, subject to shareholder approval, agreement has been reached for the company to be acquired by Sandford plc, a company listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.

The combined share and cash transaction is expected to be completed on August 20th, 2007 after which Sandford plc will change its name to TSE Group plc.

TSE Consulting will continue to trade under its current name. The company will also continue its aggressive expansion plans through organic growth as well as through new acquisitions.

Parallel to the expansion of TSE Consulting, an ambitious growth strategy is in place for TSE Group plc. The group has the aim of becoming the worldwide leading provider of sports events services. TSE Consulting's founding Directors Lars Haue-Pedersen and Robin Courage will become Executive Directors of TSE Group plc and will be jointly responsible for driving the strategy of the new group.

With TSE Consulting acting as the consulting arm of the group, TSE Group plc will, through acquisitions over the coming years, become a vertically integrated group of specialised companies providing high level services to governments and organising committees involved in researching, bidding, planning, organising and evaluating sports events.

Managing Director, TSE Consulting, Lars Haue-Pedersen, said:

"We are thrilled with this development. It opens exciting new opportunities for both the company as a whole and the group of very talented people we have in TSE. Over the last few years we have experienced substantial growth on all fronts. We believe that the proposed plan for TSE Group plc is exactly what the sports world needs and with the added resources available to us and working alongside the new companies that will be joining TSE Group plc over the coming years, we can now ensure that our growth will continue to accelerate."
