Looks like Alchemy Partners have sold out. This is a very bullish signal as he has just put down £2m. The share price goes down. Madness!

Think its win Winn as he now owns 29.97% of the company.

55% revenues are recurring. Has helped to cushion the blow and enabled them to keep paying down debt. Good recovery potential here IMHO.

The Economy in the ROI is a basket case at present.

Interesting that Sanderson have not been more adversely impacted,
any thoughts on this?.

Reasonably encouraging results and final dividend. Looks well positioned to weather the storm.

Very good news today. Looks like Sanderson may be over the worst. With covenants sorted and a stable (+ soon growing) business we should see progress from here.

Hard to resist a 100% profit but there's plenty more room for more.

Yes, agreed. The directors are obviously now very confident given they have sorted the financing problem.

With so much director activity I would think you have to hold this stock.

Nice to see directors buying this week as well. Think this is well placed now to weather the storm and deliver a 50p share price in 2-3 years, with a slow build up in the dividend from the lower base and repayment of debt. Will be a long haul, but think they will now succeed.

tempted to take my 20% profit but believe we can see a doubling of price mid term. Imho a 20% spread at these low prices will easily pay for itself. Up what 80% in a week.
