06/8/2009 10:30 | Nice to see directors buying this week as well. Think this is well placed now to weather the storm and deliver a 50p share price in 2-3 years, with a slow build up in the dividend from the lower base and repayment of debt. Will be a long haul, but think they will now succeed. | topvest
05/8/2009 22:59 | tempted to take my 20% profit but believe we can see a doubling of price mid term. Imho a 20% spread at these low prices will easily pay for itself. Up what 80% in a week. | battlebus
05/8/2009 13:07 | and the spread - 20% jeez | ukinvestor220
04/8/2009 11:58 | Agreed. Been buying in here since the debt rescheduling. 50% recurring revenues and still reasonably cashflow positive in what should be their worst half in the current downturn. The main problem is the liquidity. | wjccghcc
04/8/2009 09:40 | Looks like we have seen the bottom now. Will be a long recovery, but recover this should do. Debt is very manageable - think they have learnt their lesson on the debt front and will pay down over the next 2/3 years. Underlying business is fairly sound. | topvest
04/8/2009 09:39 | Looks like we have seen the bottom now. Will be a long recovery, but recover this should do. Debt is very manageable - think they have learnt their lesson on the debt front and will pay down over the next 2/3 years. Underlying business is fairly sound. | topvest
04/8/2009 08:38 | On the move again. 15p in six months? | battlebus
03/8/2009 09:23 | topvest I reckon snd are on a p/e of 3.5,is that right ? | kfp
03/8/2009 08:49 | Yes, very positive. Looks like the have stabilised things for the medium term. Will be worth a lot more in 3/4 year's time and the debt is now manageable. | topvest
03/8/2009 08:23 | This has got to be good news ! Just invested for the first time. RNS Number : 7255W Sanderson Group PLC 03 August 2009 ? For Immediate release 3 August 2009 SANDERSON GROUP PLC New Financing Arrangements Sanderson Group plc ("Sanderson" or "The Group"), the software and IT services business specialising in the multi-channel retail and manufacturing markets in the UK and Ireland, on 30th June 2009, within its interim results for the period ended 31st March 2009, announced that it was in advanced discussions with its bank, Royal Bank of Scotland plc, to reschedule and extend repayment of the Group's remaining bank debt while also resetting the covenant suite to more appropriately reflect the current market environment. These discussions have now concluded to the Board's satisfaction and the Group has signed a new term debt facility agreement extending the term to June 2014. The Group has a robust, cash generative, business model with over 50 per cent of revenue derived from annual licence, support and maintenance contracts. Notwithstanding current challenging market conditions, the Group continues to trade in line with market expectations. An interim dividend of 0.2 pence per share will be paid on 21 August 2009, to shareholders on the register at close of business on 24 July 2009. | kfp
11/7/2009 18:28 | Topvest - you are not alone . Imo the dividend they can keep - after the tax , there will be very little left. SND is a little worse than watching paint dry . I additionally think, this is long term hold . I shall add some more, if something else I hold, will ever turn a profit . | doj4rivers95
30/6/2009 08:00 | Interims look fairly solid. Looks to me that they have things under control now and the quality of their revenue streams should underpin their discussions with banks. Dividend is the best that could have been expected imho and debt reduction very positive. | topvest
16/4/2009 12:16 | This is either a real bargain or in distress. There seems to be a seller which has drifted the price down even further. | topvest
27/3/2009 19:55 | Recently added some shares in this company. Looks a reaonably good price for recovery and on a 10% prospective yield. Debt is high at £10m, but this should come down quickly with a highly cash generative business, a reduced dividend and no tax currently being paid. Anyone else hold? | topvest
13/6/2008 10:41 | Sanderson Group reports continuing demand from retailers, positive for K3 Commenting on 1H08 (March 08) results (revenues £13.0m, EBITDA £2.0m (£1.4m in March 07), PAT £0.8m) Sanderson Group Chairman Christopher Winn said the company expects a stronger trading performance in the second half year. It also reported that "notwithstanding the well-publicised uncertain economic outlook faced by some large high street retailers" it is experiencing strong levels of activity, notably from smaller general retailers and those with online trading. Subsequent to the period end Sanderson reports a £1.0m contract from a large retailer, to be completed in FY08. | tole

21/11/2005 13:23 | SANDERSON GROUP has been spun out of the privatised SANDERSON ELECTRICS which rewarded its shareholders very well.Very experienced management strong forward revenue. And stripping out the £5m cash on a forward p/e of less tham eight...seems a no brainer to me ps the first part of the old sanderson is civica which has performed well to date Since early August, when the Board announced that a new term debt facility had been agreed with the Royal Bank of Scotland, the Group has experienced an improvement in trading. In contrast to the general instability and uncertainty which prevailed across the wider economy in the late summer of 2008, the Group has enjoyed a strong finish to the financial year just ended and the Board anticipates that the trading performance for the year as a whole, will be slightly ahead of current market expectations. Although still at an early stage, the new financial year has seen this improved trading momentum continue, with a number of key new orders having been either won, or in the latter stages of negotiation. The Group continues to be cash generative and its robust business model, underpinned by strong pre-contracted recurring revenues places the business in a favourable position to grow organically as markets improve. | cambium |
