San Leon's ADRs to move from OTCQX to OTC Pink

London, UK 22 January 2016 - San Leon Energy plc ("San Leon" or the "Company") notifies that, effective as of the close of business on Friday, January 29, 2016, the Company's sponsored American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") will cease to be quoted on the OTCQX marketplace in the United States and will subsequently be quoted on the OTC Pink marketplace. The ticker symbol for the ADRs is unaffected and will remain "SLGYY". Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas will continue to act as depository bank with respect to the ADRs; each one ADR will continue to represent five ordinary shares of the Company; the ISIN number remains US79846M2026; and the CUSIP number remains 79846M202).

United States based investors and shareholders will no longer be able to access Company information through OTC Markets, but continue to be able to access Company information filed with the London Stock Exchange from the Company's website, www.sanleonenergy.com.
