Wonder if the company still employs any engineers and geologists? Wonder what they do all day? Or maybe they have been chopped - save the company a few bob. Doubt Tosca will want another bail out - this must be the final ticket for fanny if the Fu King Oil Company decide to leave it, wonder what state Tosca will find SLE in when they take it private?. Must be a worry - doubt they will bid high, never know what sort of liability might pop up - overdue legal fees, hidden IOU'S, deferred asset costs...... I would be really nervous if I was Mr Hughes - it could well gush money long after it has been wound up. If only the transfer to private ownership was so simple. Going to be a big headache I reckon even after the remaining shareholders get thrown the towel.
