Suspension appears to be official now with accompanying official LSE notice. Odd that they suspended it today, though. Also, a strange final upward flurry by the MMs, especially as they appeared to be long on stock, as they were still offering volume. All IMHO,DYOR etc. Rgds dell

Surely, this is a bit premature and meant for Monday release? 31 March 2006 Sagittarius Professional Services Plc ('Sagittarius' or the 'Company') Update on trading The Directors of Sagittarius note that trading in the Company's shares has been suspended today. Sagittarius has had a number of aborted discussions with transaction targets during the course of the past 12 months. Apart from one specific transaction that got to a fairly advanced stage, many other opportunities were considered but in every instance there were eventual stumbling blocks in the terms and conditions that meant the eventual deal had to be called off. Notwithstanding these facts there is still a desire on behalf of the board to seek out suitable acquisitions as set out in the AIM admission document dated 23 March 2005 for Sagittarius. Due to the payment of fees both in terms of the day to day running of the Company and with regard to the aborted transactions as mentioned above, the company does not have any funds as at the present date. The board expects to be in a position to update shareholders regarding a suitable acquisition within the next 6 months. All IMHO, DYOR etc. Rgds dell

Maybe maybe not. Ours were free double 6 and so still look good vs. the 0.1p nominal value. I think they will trade in the 1-2p range now until a deal is found which is what I said pre-IPO.

Looks like we'll be back to 1p soon - trade gone through at 1.85p - looks like another big sell (IMHO)

Have you got any MKP topvest? I have held for some time now, I even had to pay for them. Not as cheap as these were (£0), but still trade below cash level...

Yes, maybe maybe not. It's always expensive to do an open offer. Having said that, it has been Larry's style on previous demergers. I have decided to stop buying cash shells in the market for now as I have shares in a few. Quite happy with my original holding in these and will add if I like the deal that eventually turns up.

The "hope" will be that existing holders get a good deal when they look for new money?

All done well today as well. Difficult to see them going much higher in the short term imho. c£1m market cap is about right with the "hope" factor associated with these shells given the excellent credentials of the boards.
