Don, I was allocated 930...I do forget the significance of 540 share allocation.
All water under the bridge now and the share price has risen since the director sold, perhaps directors don't know as much as we think they do?

Has anyone else noticed that at the end of play most nights the clever money comes in and buys up all the shares to square the buys and sells for the day, 160k after the bell@2.08

Free shares if you bought at the IPO and held to the qualifying date.

Just been told that you don't get any free shares unless you have one of their products, i thought everyone that bought in at the start and held for a year received the free shares !!

It's going to be down, divi in the bag, bonus shares allocated, not much going on for a while now. I'm quite tempted to sell mine.

If you log on to saga shareholders website on or after 5 June 2015 your shareholding balance will show the increase, and you can check the details of the free shares that have been credited by looking on the 'Transactions' tab within 'Your holding'.

If you hold your shares in certificated form a certificate for the free shares will be posted to you on 19 June 2015.

x dividend tomorrow (4.1p) to be paid on the 30th June. Expect a small drop in share price
