Safestyle UK plc ("Safestyle") announces that the Company was notified by Steve Birmingham, the Chief Executive Officer, that he bought 17,500 ordinary shares of GBP0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 26 September 2016 at a price of 280.6p per Ordinary Share.
