14/4/2010 22:21 | I'm in today at 20p. Big spread but if they can turn the corner and earn £1m+pa rather than losing it then the share price should be double. The property market now must be the perfect environment for this company. Interest rates are low too. Hopefully the trading difficulties has allowed them to focus successfully on overhead cost control. | backwoodsman
13/4/2010 19:51 | Not as yet. | battlebus

09/4/2010 12:08 | Bet you wish you took my advice to buy GCM last week. I posted on one of your threads when asked what I would tip instead of YCO. They were under 120p then. I wont tell you how many I have. But I have made masses without a single ramp!!! | knitcraft

25/3/2010 08:05 | Not only that you still are a shareholder with an investment valued at 4 times what you paid for it if you bought today.! Add on some growth in the property book of 10% in the last few months and in my view for each 1p invested you get 6p of assets. | tara7
25/3/2010 08:02 | Why is everyone ranting about delisting, how many companies actually delist in a year? an average of 190 only up 10% more last year in what was extreme conditions. It's a chance everyone takes investing in aim. | battlebus
25/3/2010 07:33 | Why would they de-list just at the very start of the next property cycle.?? These are the same guys who made bog off profits in the last boom by growing fast, look at just what they did 10 years ago. Great place to park the odd £200M. | tara7
24/3/2010 23:29 | u r crazy, there is often a bounce before a delist, hti is in the same position i expect that to bounce before a delist of one type or another | mryesyes
24/3/2010 21:20 | Nice to see a bounce, at last! Need some news to get a sustained rise though. | topvest |
