19/8/2013 09:56 | Anyone rember HAWK and the way David Brahmill nearly destroyed the company. Amazing and wonderful to see how its slowly recovering with its new board. I'm not in. Looking At that, anything is possible. Yet it will be a long ride. Patience may be key here and even though dilution is inevitable in the long run things may turn out ok I will hold for a couple of years to see how things turn out | rayteuptetash
17/8/2013 21:52 | Rumours on discuss the market of 29th August relist . | bronislav
10/8/2013 15:54 | Ray.not for certain .maybe at first we will lose out but given EER loooks to be close to its tie up with Brady and with Eer concluding a deal for a nigerian oil asset ,that would suggest to me that the issues over debt with Gairloch and the monies owed by EER are perhaps resolved .The team assembled here are top class and even though Africa is risky ,the new board do seem to have some integrity about them given their previous positions .Your either half full or half empty or an opportunist. | bronislav
09/8/2013 16:46 | hxxp://www.fm.co.za/ | swinging_dick
03/8/2013 17:49 | Zengas......any thoughts you are willing to share on new board members .TIA. | bronislav
31/7/2013 20:21 | Ray....quite a mess to sort out and I would rather it take time to ensure a good outcome to the debt issues. No doubt the board is made up of heavyweights with reputations ,if they can walk the walk like they talk the talk then sac could become a very significant happy ending .Anything has to be better than vela ,he did ok at first and I suppose we have to thank him for the Congo and opl deals but we seem to have stood still for two years.Granted the unrest in Congo was not down to vela but the slow progress on Nigeria is on his watch .Allis in place board wise so we should see some movement in the next month. | bronislav
31/7/2013 20:06 | Two months on and still SFA | rayteuptetash
30/7/2013 13:39 | A good article in the Sunday times business section at the weekend. | bronislav
26/7/2013 09:54 | dont forget EER still Owe SAC. Pending they fail to pay then assume their stake will be up for sale to another local due to nigerian laws stipulating local ownership, unless SAC setup a subsidiary which is run locally.(which they do have, some one please jog my memory or correct me if i'm mistaken). In regards to gairloch debt and ownership and gairloch having a stake in EER also, please note that the debt was never setup with 10% payments to gairloch but were owed to a equity provider and broker who sold the debt to gairloch. | rajaster
26/7/2013 07:52 | bushman..The whole team look impressive. | bronislav
26/7/2013 07:50 | Tito Mboweni is a very influential and well respected businessman in South Africa AND throughout the African continent. I suggest he wouldn't have joined the Company if he wasn't certain it was going to be a great success. | bushman1 |
