exactly

if orderbook bid side is weak it does not matter. why do you think they offering the shares within the spread?

Shares moves not because of what people buy within the spread, it's about moving the orders on orderbook.

small sells amount to less than 100K took it down from 32.50 to 29p.

True though it's not well bidded, as there are no natural players on orderbook

check this out

MAY rns.

covenant is actually measured against multiple of ebitda, editda going by 400%, covenant margin would have spiked up considerably.

Sberbank has agreed to a three year extension and a two year interest payment holiday on their $297.4 million loan, now due in April 2018. Interest payments will be waived in 2013, and interest payments in 2014 will be waived if the Company meets certain covenants

No

SB betters firm are leveraged here, punters have loaded up. There are layering false orders, putting offer on bid side then they hitting it. 50 shares, 500 shares ect, when 100K buys going thru.

ebitda going by 400%, cash flow has been given a major boost

Once bitten twice shy and also there was was the announcement of a large drop in production from the first quarter to the second which I suspect is the main reason why the reaction has been so muted.
Most of these small oilers are struggling just to hold their production levels and very few have got anywhere near their production targets from a few years back.
Little point in having a more favourable tax regime if your already low production level is falling

To illustrate the benefit of this relief to the Company, this year's first quarter EBITDA per barrel of production was US$3.61; if an 80% reduction in MET for crude oil had been applicable during this period the EBITDA per barrel of production would have been US$17.15, an almost 400% increase.

"The 80% reduction in the MET rate will increase well head revenue per barrel for Ruspetro's crude oil production from approximately US$22.40 to approximately US$39.10 at a gross price of US$100 per barrel."

I'd say Major shareholders asked them to leave following dismal performance. Then the shareholders advised the banks what was going on, with Chistyakov steppin up..they were clearly happy and granted nice loan extensions....more focused for better share price returns. positive news (hence the rise in the share price a few days before)

From BBC website. Rosneft in $270bn China oil dealLast updated 9 hours agoRosneft has been looking to be less reliant on European markets for its oilRussian state oil company Rosneft has agreed to double its oil supplies to China, in a deal worth $270bn (£175bn) over 25 years.Under the terms of the deal, Rosneft will supply 300,000 barrels of oil a day to China starting in 2015.It is a further sign that Russia - the world's biggest oil producer - is focusing on Asia, not Europe, as its main business partner of the future.Rosneft will receive $70bn upfront, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.Rosneft's chairman Igor Sechin told reporters in St Petersburg that the supply deal would be one of the biggest in the country's history. The upfront payments will be particularly welcome for Rosneft, whose debt level has surged since it acquired Anglo-Russian producer TNK-BP in a $55bn cash-and-stock deal in October 2012.According to ratings agency Standard and Poor's, Rosneft faces large debt maturities of $6.6bn in 2013, $15.9bn in 2014, and $16.2bn in 2016. The Chinese payments will lighten this load considerably.Russia currently exports about 4.4 million barrels of oil per day, with Asian markets accounting for 17% of that.
