The best thing to do with that invest99 person on HC is to use the 'ignore' feature. He she or it has an agenda of some sort, has been hanging around RML for ages and cannot be argued with reasonably.

This just in.

Zijin Mining, who should ring a few bells with respect to Ridge Mining, Avocet Mining and Allied Gold amongst others, are taking over Indophil Resources, the minority partner and discoverer of the Tampakan deposit in an agreed deal at a price of around $500m.



I really can't see them getting on very well with Xstrata, but it's nice to see the Chinese borging operation continues apace ... ;-)

APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE DIRECTOR

Rusina Mining NL (ASX:RML, AIM:RMLA) would like to advise the appointment of Mr Mark Hanlon (Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Rusina) as alternate director to Mr Antony Butler effective as of 20 November 2009.

Timothy Marcus Stephen Hanlon ("Mark"), aged 50, has been with Rusina since 26 September 2006.

He is currently a Director and beneficiary of Buprestid Pty Ltd. which holds 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing a holding of 0.16% of the total issued share capital. In addition, he holds 1,000,000 unquoted 26 cent options, with expiry date of 17 March 2010, and 2,000,000 unquoted 10 cent options, with expiry date of 7 December 2011.

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.

Once we have clarity on the whole Chinese funding and "consolidation" issues I will probably get back on the case. It would be nice to see which way the good ship Rusina is headed before making any further efforts.

I might add I am having fun learning about other things these days too. The ASX is an absolute treasure trove.
