The Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the electricity utility company focussed on the ownership and operation of power generation plants in Latin America, announces that Susan A. Laker has resigned as Company Secretary as from 1 July 2017 and Maria J. Bravo Quiterio has been appointed as her replacement.
