Delay is killing. This is tightly held so any small volume can make this fly but then no news is equally damaging. If I were VOG I would consider all share approach for RUR, 10 RUR for every 1 VOG translating to 8.5p Thought of the day?

I just don't understand how this company can be so under valued by the markets. Should be trading way over 10p a share. Still, at least it gives us the opportunity to pick up cheap stock on share price weakness. Lots of catalysts to come this year and we should see the share price back to 10p plus by the end of the year

Been watching RUR for years now, but always held off from buying in, maybe now i know why..South America seems an unreliable place to invest in what with the Bolivia carry on and the subsequent disappointing compensation received and now this sale in Peru..

Whats the situation if this sale does not go through?...

M4, IPSA had debts £7.57m ending Sept 2014, was loss making in 1H 2014
by £0.73m at the operating level - easy to see why it is unliked imo.

RUR due to repay short term loan tomorrow as previously announced. Wonder if we'll get an update?

It's beaten bigger companies in the past and indeed recently not only beat them but got the best PPA prices going, rurelec have a lot of experience in these areas and more so than many companies multiples of their size.

In the coming days, Asset Chile initiated the call for interested investors to be partners Enap in power generation projects that contemplates its investment portfolio. Sources say that Exxon figure among stakeholders, Samsung, Mitsui and Rurelec.

In Enap and defined the different bargaining agreements for each project proposal resulting from management of Gas and Energy, and seeks to meet deadlines and get favorable terms for the state. In late March the progress will be reported.

So it seems another possible project is being revealed........ all the ducks etc.

Make of this what you will, not the best translation but extremely positive if Rurelec have qualified for this new power plant tender. It is surely a measure of the progress Rurelec are making in Chile and in being featured alongside such companies as Samsung etc.
