Guernsey GY1 3QL on 30 November 2016 at 12.00pm.
A copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting and the Annual Financial Report
for the year ended 30 June 2016 have been posted to shareholders on 26
September 2016 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.3, will shortly be
available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism which is located at:
