Pursuant to the Chairman’s Review in the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 30 June 2016 regarding Board Governance, the Company wishes to announce that Mr Christopher Spencer, Chair of the Audit Committee, and Ms Jeannette Etherden notified the Board of their intention to stand down from the Board of Directors.

Ms Etherden does not intend to offer herself for re-election at the AGM on 30 November 2016. Mr Spencer intends to retire in February 2017, but the precise date will be managed to ensure a seamless handover of responsibilities.
