10/3/2015 09:13 | Great work | glennborthwick
10/3/2015 07:59 | Fine write-up RA Interesting to see a historical perspective on RTC's woes and more recent efforts to recover. Did you participate in last week's conference call? Cheers, Martin | shanklin
10/3/2015 00:00 | Bit of excitement with the share price today for sure. The imbalance between shares available to buy and hunger for shares on sale is rather telling isn't it? As it happens I've just finished my own, rather extended, analysis of RTC and what the new contract could mean for future profits. If anyone has any comments (good or bad) I'd be happy to hear them: Damian | randomambler
09/3/2015 14:11 | Interesting Shanklin, it does look like a fishing expedition. I bet there are plenty of investors waiting to buy any dip into the 60s, after the share price moved so quickly after the recent news. If a few start buying at 69p, I think the share price would soon be above 70p again. | interceptor2
09/3/2015 13:15 | RTC down 5p and I cannot get an online quote to buy more than 1500 shares. In contrast, one can sell 25k at 66p. So, all good fun... ...a bit of a MM fishing expedition for stock? | shanklin
05/3/2015 08:50 | Short term RTC could go to £1+ - Its quite easily feasible that it does - One more bit of positive news could see to that. | tomboyb
05/3/2015 08:02 | Ata gss have added a load of job opportunities for Qatar mainly construction of roads before the World Cup. Bodes well | glennborthwick
05/3/2015 01:28 | There is an excellent write up here... Ric has RTC for his 2015 TMF PP competition entry and I suspect he will be in with a good chance this year | davidosh
04/3/2015 20:50 | I think investors had this on their watch lists, then the contract came, price rocketed, now pulled back a bit, they want a slice of the pie, and who would blame them | mr hangman
04/3/2015 20:06 | I missed conference call today but might be reason for the strength today. | glennborthwick
04/3/2015 17:15 | took some more myself, looking v good imo | scottishfield
04/3/2015 17:07 | 28 trades today. Really quite a lot. | glennborthwick
04/3/2015 16:58 | Pretty positive bounce back. | glennborthwick
03/3/2015 12:46 | Thanks chaps. CRAW has been on my watchlist as it happens - due to being on top % winner's list quite regularly! | bozzy_s
03/3/2015 07:43 | As previously mentioned, Allenby have increased their share price target for RTC from 55p to 100p following the contract win and yesterday's results. Before the contract win RTC was becalmed at circa 40p and now its at 71.5p. Curiously both are fairly similar discounts to the associated Allenby target price. | shanklin
03/3/2015 00:56 | By smallcaps I am assuming you mean micro and sub £20m or so as nearly all my portfolio is smallcap and below £200m These are the ten most meaningful sub £20m stocks... UNG JLH IDM HMLH OPM NWT PEN BVM ESR ESS I have a significant holding and probably my largest in a company called Crawshaw but that has ten bagged in the last two years or so and is going for a big rollout for its chain of butchers so worth taking a look at too. DYOR as they say. | davidosh
02/3/2015 20:19 | I've got Rtc 50 percent weighting Leg 20 percent pipehawk 20 percent and zzz 10 percent Only one really looking closely to double up is pipehawk but want to see next RNs first | glennborthwick
02/3/2015 19:27 | Impressed by results and outlook. And not surprised by profit-taking, could see traders bought Friday ahead of today's results. They would have sold regardless of whether EPS was 4p, 6p, or 12p. Out of interest David, which other smallcap stocks are in your portfolio? I'd ask the same of Glenn, but he's already answered above. | bozzy_s
02/3/2015 18:46 | I have my monthly Shares Club meeting tonight and fortunately I recommended RTC to the 17 strong club in May last year and they have now more than doubled so there will be a few happy members tonight. | davidosh
02/3/2015 18:35 | Yes, today's statement was full of positives.. There is only one gripe from me and that is concerning the very last trading update which i thought was rather dull and uninteresting and lacked detail. That TS and today's results seem to be not the same thing. Never mind, atleast we can move forward now. | cfro
02/3/2015 18:12 | I agree with sentiments expressed already, that the results were far stronger than I was expecting. I believe that the contract win is the game changer that RTC needed, and I would like to now hold these longer term. So much to look forward to here, remember the Indian division that source staff for planed overhead electrification in the UK, I would expect the influence from Ganymede should bode well here also. Another positive that I didn't expect was the reference about the NATO contract in Afghanistan "the withdrawal will be more gradual than originally anticipated and our support will continue into 2015 and possibly 2016." | interceptor2
02/3/2015 17:45 | Yep happy to hold. Don't see much else about. I'm looking for a turning point on pipehawk pip as my next three bagger but we will when they announce next. Company only worth 1.2 million bit like Rtc was a while back. | glennborthwick
02/3/2015 12:41 | Target price moved up from 55p to £1 and dividend forecast to be 2.75p next year so looking more and more like a mature income stock allied with all this lovely five year growth and security of long term contracts. | davidosh
02/3/2015 11:34 | New Allenby note | shanklin
02/3/2015 10:36 | Been here since 21p. Very pleased with this and future looks bright. I think unfortunately with that deal we look like a great takeover target, hopefully we don't sell up so we can get the benefits. | 11023154 |
