APPLICATION FOR BLOCK LISTING
RPC today announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each (the "Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List.
The Shares will be reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:
-- 190,000 to be issued pursuant to the RPC Group Approved Executive Share Option Scheme -- 2,710,000 to be issued pursuant to the RPC Group Unapproved Executive Share Option Scheme -- 1,400,000 to be issued pursuant to the RPC Group Sharesave Scheme -- 700,000 to be issued pursuant to the RPC Group International Sharesave Scheme
It is expected that admission will become effective on 12 October 2017. When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
