11/1/2017 15:47 | No rights issue, placings, or other requests for extra funds from shareholders have been made in my time, as I can remember, with this share ... that is from 2008... which is unusual for a small oil exploration share. | togglebrush

11/1/2017 15:12 | Like someone said before, it is likely that the large players are hoovering up PI shares with something nasty on the back burner. Time to get out whilst you can...? - only time will tell | control1

11/1/2017 14:24 | TB, You may be spot on but certainly not what we want. Limping along and seeing modest returns from a shallow well campaign, not for me. I can't believe this hasn't tanked ? Don't get me wrong, i'm happy with 9.25p ! but i don't understand why we're here ? Peeps obviously believe Carver's commentary that the shallows underpin the £90m m/cap ? Time for some real transparency here as i'm not waiting another year to see us get to the export production licence ! Smarty | xclusive2
11/1/2017 13:16 | I would suggest for the same reason it barely moved on the A6 discovery news with likely connected structure. The market has absolutely no idea what to believe and what we really have. It has almost become so comical that perversely people are suspecting games at play and a possible bull signal. | sloppyg
11/1/2017 13:12 | IMHO Objective seems to be in simple terms to get to Mid 2018 when company can ' a) sell its oil on International Market @ 50-60 per barrel as opposed to domestic price $10 b) sell itself or have the option to, to an International Company with added attraction of International oil prices business and a bulkier company. c) Deeps are the jewel in the crown and are to be carefully nurtured ' Survival Baversstock merger increases the cash flow with their higher profitability from their oil sales and will help keep the whole business from going base over apex. ' Company and Country appear to be having a rough time. Locals have to be careful not to rock or sink the operation before it reaches safe and calm conditions ' My rough calculations:- Rough Baverstock ____________________ Revenues__ KRW 219 million = GBP 150,351 ______ RXP ____650,000 Net Profit KRW 162 million = GBP 112,212 ______ RXP ______6,540 ' Extracts from the Full Year results published in June ' Business model ' The Board plans to develop the BNG Contract Area such that by summer 2018, the expected date when a full production licence will be applied for, the BNG Contract Area has been drilled to identify the greatest level of reserves and production consistent with not unduly diluting Roxi's shareholders interest in the asset. ' Prospects ' As stated above our strategy is to develop the BNG Contract Area to the fullest by mid 2018 without unduly diluting shareholders. This is 24 months away and it strikes the Roxi board as unlikely that the low prices of 2015 and early 2016 will prevail at that time. Following the proposed merger of Roxi and Baverstock the enlarged Roxi will own 99% of BNG. Few large oil companies have maintained their exploration and development programme at historic levels. Provided we are able to demonstrate the quality of the deep prospects at BNG by then logic dictates it is likely that by mid 2018 there may be a shortage of projects of the quality of BNG for the majors to consider when reviewing their limited production profiles. | togglebrush
11/1/2017 12:59 | strange konil and smarty, the worst RNS since the shopping trolley A5 blockage, why is this holding up, not that im complaining.. | bullinachinashop3
11/1/2017 12:28 | my take fwiw, which isnt much. cash for deep ops dried up some time ago. merger delays, and until that's sorted and funding agreed, only shallow ops progressing. no deep ops to speak of, so we get stories about problems and rigs being moved back and forth, to keep the hounds at bay. if reports of 3 deep finds (a5, 801, a6) are correct roxi have approaching 400m of deep oil, with likelihood of 2 of those being connected giving a bigger potential. with cash and proper operational procedures the payback from here must be enormous. | konil

10/1/2017 09:29 | which expected result HD, touching the 5p range you mean? agreed it is odd, amazed it has held up so well, there must be something going on here as you say. | bullinachinashop3
10/1/2017 09:27 | The only reason this sort of RNS doesn't produce the expected result is that some big holders, maybe through the company's broker, have been told more than we have and are happy to pick up cheap stock. That at least is encouraging even if we are being treated like mushrooms. | hiddendepths
10/1/2017 09:09 | I really can't believe they've written this ?A5 is only a Mike down the road. If A6 was going to deliver then surely the priority is to get the effin gear back to the well they can re-perforate ? They've had 2 stabs on A5 without success, surely A6 perforation is the easier task and one worthy of No1 priority. Much that I hold loads of the Pox, at this juncture, I wish I didn't but I've decided to see this through and I will eventually see if this whole thing has been a fraud. Games being played ? I'd like to say yes but I believe they're just incompetent or dishonest, probably both.Only reason so hasn't crashed is that OU's font hold loads.Smarty | xclusive2
